With a retirement finalized, exceptional patient demand, & perhaps the most lucrative ownership opportunity in the market today, this is the opportunity of a lifetime for a motivated Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Join a well-established, physician-owned Ortho group: 25+ years in the region & 10 subspecialty-trained surgeons for collaboration & support
• Based at an award-winning community hospital in Southern IL, about an hour outside St. Louis: "I would put my mom here in a heartbeat if she had to be hospitalized."
• Smooth transition: senior ortho surgeon is staying on to help until you arrive
• $875K starting base salary (higher than what 90% of practices offer!) + $50K in sign-on & relocation
• Become a partner in a joint venture that receives 49% of hospital net collections on ALL ortho, podiatry & pain cases. Based on the historical earnings of the group's current JV, this could realistically mean an additional $50K+ quarterly for you in ancillary income.
• Plenty of OR time, efficient swing rooms, Mako robot & on-site CRNA anesthesia
• Dedicated PA support
• No trauma designation. Call is shared and is primarily taken by phone. Majority of cases can be bedded & seen the next morning.
