TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) to join a growing, hospital-owned orthopedic practice at an independent community hospital in Clinton, North Carolina. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a balanced clinic/OR schedule, strong infrastructure, and direct access to inpatient and outpatient services.

Position Overview
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule
Clinic: Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
OR: Tuesday & Thursday
Fridays: Alternate every other week
Clinic: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or
OR coverage
Clinic Hours (overall):
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
Practice Details
Patient Volume: 20–30 patients per clinic day
Case Mix: General Orthopedics
Sports Medicine interest or experience is a plus, but not required
Practice Location:
New, hospital-owned clinic located directly across from the hospital for seamless inpatient/outpatient care
Team & Support
Dedicated Orthopedic Physician Assistant in clinic Monday–Friday
Support staff includes 2 Medical Assistants, a Radiology Technician, and an in-house Diagnostic Scheduler
Strong collaboration with hospital leadership and ancillary departments
Facilities & Technology
9 exam rooms and 1 procedure room
In-house diagnostic testing and X-ray
Hospital-owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center with advanced imaging
On-site Rehabilitation Center providing comprehensive physical therapy services
Compensation & Benefits
