A physician-led regional health system in Northern California is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established practice and replace a retiring surgeon. The incoming physician will enjoy a high-volume, lifestyle-friendly position, with exceptional earnings, robotic technology, and a collaborative OR environment. Ideal for a surgeon who performs total joints (especially anterior hips) but is also comfortable with general orthopedic procedures.
Located just 2-3 hours from San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite. Mix of Total Joints (Anterior Hips Ideal) + Bread-and-Butter Ortho. Step into an established, high-producing practice. Hospital Employee . Mako Robot on-site with second robot being added. Year 1 Earnings: $841,000+ (Including Incentives + Call). $126K+ Annual Call Pay (7 days/month, $1,700/day). Additional call available at $2,000/day for optional shifts. $40,000 Annual Quality Bonus. $6,000 APP Oversight Stipend. Minimal Call Ratio. Annual Salary. Loan Forgiveness available.
