A brand new, 50-bed community owned hospital and clinic system in Moses Lake, Washington is adding a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to its 100+ provider group. Moses Lake is the fastest growing town in Washington. This is a hip and knee replacement practice, supported by Mako robotics.
Total hip and total knee replacement experience is required. Mako robotic experience for total knee, partial knee and total hip arthroplasty is preferred. Surgeons who are willing to complete Mako training/certification are encouraged to apply.
Position Details:
4-day work week with no nighttime call.
Up to $750,000+ base salary with additional RVU bonuses. Proven earning potential of $1MM+.
$75,000 sign on bonus and $200,000 student loan repayment options available.
Dedicated APP and Medical Assistant support onsite, with EPIC EMR and Mako robotics.
Medical, dental, vision, life and malpractice insurance, plus 8 weeks off per year.

Moses Lake sits on one of Washington's crystal lakes in the sunny heart of the PNW. Boat, bike, fish and swim, with farmers markets, golf courses and breweries close by.
The Gorge Amphitheatre, with its summer concerts, camping and wine country, is just over half an hour away.
Housing costs run 22% below the national average, and Washington has no state income tax.
Spokane is about 90 minutes away, with its international airport for national and international travel.
