Practice Overview
- Join an established surgical team at a respected critical-access hospital
- 2-3 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days each week
- Offices close at noon on Fridays
- General orthopedic case mix; robotic platform in development
- Call shared 1:3, up to 10 days per month, with additional days compensated
Schedule
- 4.5-day workweek with flexibility between clinic and OR
- Average clinic volume of 15-20 patients per day
- Balanced call rotation shared evenly among three surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- $1,600 per month housing stipend during your first year

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure and DEA registration
- Comfortable with general orthopedic procedures
- Interest in rural practice preferred
