Seeking a BE/BC General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well-established practice in northern Indiana, southeast of Chicago, IL.

- Flexible full-time schedule
- Call Rotation: 1:5
- Average outpatient volume: 25 - 30 patients per day
- Average surgical volume: 7 - 12 cases per week
