This net-new position allows you to step into a high-volume orthopedic service line with immediate patient volume and strong institutional backing. The practice is seeking a bread-and-butter orthopedist with interest across general orthopedics, including trauma, joint replacement, and sports-related injuries. You’ll benefit from a balanced schedule, dedicated OR access, and robust APP and hospital support that lets you focus on surgery and patient care. With advanced technology and a collaborative team already in place, this role is well-suited for both new graduates and experienced surgeons. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Hospital-employed General Orthopedic Surgery position
- Bread-and-butter scope: joint replacement, sports injuries, fractures, trauma
- Balanced schedule: 2.5 clinic days and 2 OR days weekly
- Dedicated OR block time with access to two ORs
- Level II–III trauma exposure with trauma call included
- MAKO robotic platform available
- Team includes 4 orthopedic surgeons and 5 supporting APPs
- Full anesthesia, hospitalist, ICU, and physical therapy support
- Strong referral base with immediate patient volume
- 1:5 call rotation with paid call stipend (TBD)
- Base salary $750,000+ with RVU productivity upside
- 3-year guaranteed compensation period (MGMA-based)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus + $8,000 relocation assistance
- Loan repayment available
- 30 days PTO and malpractice coverage with tail
