Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity with Partnership in East Texas
Join a rapidly growing orthopedic practice and work alongside a team of 28 physicians, including nationally recognized surgeons and subspecialists dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. This group is one of the founding divisions of the largest independent orthopedic practice in Texas, offering strong clinical collaboration and long-term partnership potential.
Practice Setting:
- 10 Physicians and 4 APPs currently see patients at this location
- Paid call rotation
- 4.5 Day schedule Mon-Fri with as much OR blocked time as you desire
Compensation:
- Private practice with partnership available after 1 year
- Base salary guarantee plus collections-based bonuses
- Additional income through profit distributions
- Partners have the opportunity to purchase shares in a local Spine & Joint Hospital, creating significant long-term earning potential
