A well-established Orthopedic practice in Southern California's high desert is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to take over a thriving, decades-strong practice poised for transition.
With the current surgeon preparing to retire, you'll walk into immediate volume, loyal patients, and a direct pathway to ownership in a region with strong, sustained demand.

• High-impact surgical volume: 22-25 cases per week.
