**Orthopedic Surgeon - Total Joint Opening in Phoenix, AZ**
-Full Time & Permanent Position.
**Responsibilities:**
-Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations, and assessments to accurately diagnose orthopedic conditions.
-Develop personalized treatment plans that may include surgical and non-surgical interventions, tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
-Perform surgical procedures with the highest level of technical skill and precision, in line with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.
-Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary medical team, including radiologists, anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
-Keep abreast of the latest developments in orthopedic surgery and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge through research, publications, and participation in medical conferences.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals as part of our commitment to medical education and training.
-Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
-Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited residency program in Orthopedic Surgery.
-Fellowship training in a specialized area of Orthopedic Surgery (e.g., sports medicine, joint replacement, trauma, spine, etc.) from a reputable institution is required.
-Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
-Valid medical license to practice in the desired jurisdiction.
-Proven track record of successful orthopedic surgical procedures and patient outcomes.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
-Dedication to continued learning and professional development, evidenced by ongoing participation in conferences, workshops, and research activities.
