Clinic is seeking an energetic, forward-thinking, fellowship trained in adult reconstruction, Orthopaedic Surgeon to join an established, successful orthopaedic practice and to shape the total joint service of a newly created Orthopaedic Center of Excellence at a 25 bed critical access hospital in Pullman, Washington.

Compensation package includes:
2-year guarantee at the MGMA median.
After two years compensation transitions to a base salary plus production pay model.
Salary range is $245,812 to $271,687.
