• Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in your practice
• Perform surgeries at a 500+ bed hospital with a Level II trauma designation
• Dedicated orthopedic Operating Room team (high retention)
• Operating Room equipped with Mako Smart Robotics
• Award-winning hospital with local decision making
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary of $625,000 plus production incentives available while on the guarantee
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $2,0000 relocation assistance
• Educational loan assistance and residency stipend available
• Designated Time Off - 30 days
• CME $5,000 plus 5 days
• Great benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance; long-term and short-term disability, critical illness, life insurance, reimbursement for Texas Medical License and more!
