Join an independent, physician-led group with a 20-year history of providing orthopedic services to the Cleveland metropolitan area. More details below:
• General Orthopedic Surgery with opportunity to build Total Joint practice
• Team of 11 with fully staffed ASC on-site
• Great work/life balance with only 5 days of call per month
• Spend 2-3 days in clinic and 2-3 days in surgery at practice-owned ASC
• Work with your own dedicated nurse or medical assistant
• 1-2 year track to partnership
• Competitive base compensation + collections-based bonus model
