Private practice seeks BE/BC Orthopaedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a well-established practice serving patients in and beyond the Carolinas.
The Position:
• Join a group of 20, including various orthopaedic and neurosurgical specialists
• A high-volume practice that will not require the traditional "build it from the ground up" approach
• Group call is 1:5 with additional incentive provided by Level I hospital system
• Autonomy to establish your schedule to fit your preferred work-life balance
• Operate in an Ambulatory Surgical Center with state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated OR team; potential buy-in opportunity at ASC
Compensation Highlights
• $400,000 salary with productivity bonus
• Option for salary advance prior to starting
• Benefits: personal/family health, retirement, paid malpractice, PTO, CME with allowance
• Partnership option after 2 years
