Specific Dates of Assignment – note three days of orientation 8/26, 8/27, 8/28:
--August 29 @ 7am - September 3 @ 7am
--September 5 @ 7am - September 9 @ 7am
--Additional dates of coverage sent on an ongoing basis.


Coverage Details For Assignment #100512:
--Active Michigan license or IMLC with LOQ
--Up-to-date case logs required
--24 hour call only
--Call volume is typically 2-3 calls per weekend
--Cases/Procedures: Orthopedic Fractures, Tendon Ruptures, Wound/Infection Washouts, NO spine work or infected joint transfers
--BLS required
--Epic EMR
--No APP support
--Must have 100 cases in the last 24 months
