A thriving independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, is seeking a total joints surgeon to join their team of 7 orthopedic surgeons and 6 mid-levels. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established orthopedic program within a 250+ provider network.

- Team-Based Excellence: Collaborate with a dedicated team of 7 orthopedic surgeons and 4 experienced Advanced Practice Providers.
- Outstanding Lifestyle: Minimal call (2–3 nights/month) at a single hospital ensures work-life balance.

- Guaranteed base salary of $750,000+
- $100,000 sign-on bonus

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
