Join an extensive Orthopedic Group where you can incorporate Sports and/or Total Joints in this Upper Midwest vacation destination that offers a true four-seasons outdoor paradise.
Practice Details:
• Established group with 1 Orthopedic Surgeon and 2 APC's with collaboration from other campus group of 3 surgeons and 4 APC's
• General Orthopedics with a large amount of Sports Medicine and/or Total Joint volume with ability to do some trauma
• Interest in Robotic Joint program expansion preferred
• Extremely forgiving call structure with mostly phone only volume and ability to take it remotely
• Current surgeon doing around 10,000 RVU's with the capability of producing up to 14,000
• Dynamic and forward-thinking independent organization that has brought on 18 providers in the past 2 years
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee starting at $900,000 plus production
• Comprehensive benefits package, including a $100K Sign-On Bonus, all types of insurance, malpractice, 403B match, and more
