• Patient Volume (Fac. 2): 1-3
• Support Staff: Full APP support during the day and call-in APP support at night for first assist as needed.
• Procedures:
- Fac. 1; Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures.
- Fac. 2; B&B cases, no trauma
• Trauma Level: IV
• No. of Beds: 270 (Fac. 1); 87 (Fac. 2)
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• AZ License or IMLC
• BC/BE (Orthopedics)
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• COVID Vaccination proof
• At least 1 year experience
• Recent Level I or II Trauma experience
