Orthopedic Surgeon Total Joint (Orthopedic Surgery)

  • Are you ready to practice big-city medicine and have a small-town feel? This is a turn-key opportunity where you can practice at the top of your game and provide access to the best treatments to all of your patients.
  • You will work in a well-established practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, nursing staff, as well as with a skilled surgical team in our operating rooms. You will provide orthopedic / surgical care to a wide range of patients in both outpatient as well as inpatient and hospital trauma call services. You will provide services in clinic, hospital surgical services, and in an ambulatory surgery center
  • The Orthopedic group is the premiere orthopedic program in western Montana and is widely known as the best in the Northwest. They boast a state-of-the-art surgical services work environment in both the hospital as well as their Ambulatory Surgery Center. They are part of a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Their 98-bed Level III Trauma Center has provided care in Southwest Montana since 1881. They have Life Flight services available 24-7-365 to receive & transport patients as needed.

Compensation:

  • $670,000.00 annual salary with productivity bonus incentives
  • $1500.00 Monthly Fellowship Stipend for eligible early signers
  • $25,000.00 signing/commencement bonus
  • $15,000.00 relocation
  • $100,000.00 towards qualifying student loan balances
  • $5,000.00 Annual CME Allowance
  • $12,000.00 Additional Annual Income for each FTE Supervision of your Advanced Practice Provider(s)
  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage in addition to a 401K retirement plan, CME allowance, liability insurance with tail coverage, and license reimbursement.30 days per year of PTO as well as 5 more paid days for CME
