Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) is looking for a well-trained, dynamic individual to join their established Lake Shore Orthopaedic Group to provide general orthopaedic surgery services.

Highlights of the positions are as follows:

· Join a group of four orthopaedic surgeons who perform surgical cases at UPMC Chautauqua

· Support of well-trained advanced practice providers who can assist in the office, OR and hospital

Minimum Salary Range: $575,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $641,666

*The referenced pay range represents GLPP’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position. The pay range may include potential incentive based compensation for achievement of quality or length of service metrics, if any is offered for the position. The successful candidate’s actual compensation package will be determined based upon multiple factors which include, among other things, the candidate’s expertise and experience, market factors, and related position salaries.
