Located in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa - 80 miles from Waterloo, IA
General Orthopedic Surgery - New grads preferred
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Candidates must be BE/BC
- Current Group: 7 physicians and 7 APPs, 1 physician retiring or moving to PRN
- Inpatient/Outpatient mix
- Call schedule: 1:7, but NPs take call with them and are the first contacts
- After 2nd year be eligible for consideration for shareholder status.
- ASC investment opportunity also available as a physician after working for 1 year.
*Compensation: 657,000 - plus production incentive and call pay. Total comp potential of $850,000*
