World-class health system looking for General Orthopedic Surgeon for a turnkey opportunity in Southwest Minnesota. This position can incorporate your interests including Sports Medicine, Joints and more. Tremendous support and a flexible schedule allow you the time to enjoy the extraordinary recreational and community activities.
• Affiliated with a nationally renowned health system that employs nearly 1,000 physicians in more than 70 communities.
• Support Staff includes LPN for surgeons and APP that scrubs in for cases.
• Retiring surgeon allows you to step into a full patient panel.
• 1:3 call with flexible schedule.
• Great facilities and equipment including onsite radiology, 24/7 Lab, inpatient therapy services and additional ancillaries.
Compensation Details:
• Salary guarantee plus additional incentives - total compensation in the 75th percentile of MGMA.
• Executive level benefits with generous Pension Plan and additional retirement benefits.
• Flexible paid time off and generous 10 days/year CME with stipend.
