This only Level II trauma medical center within a 60-mile radius is seeking another Traumatologist!
Opportunity:
* Join a team of general orthopedists, fellowship-trained specialists, PAs, and tenured experienced surgical staff
* This physician-led, non-profit community health system is affiliated with Mayo Clinic and has a high volume of trauma care, injuries, and fractures throughout their 14-county service area
* 4.5-days/week offering a great work/life balance and collaborative call of 1:4
* Physician Assistants are involved in pre-surgery, first-assist in surgery, and post-surgery, along with calls in the inbox
* Established helicopter services celebrating the 30th anniversary and the OR is equipped with fracture and Mako tables
Parameters and Compensation:
* Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
* Trauma Orthopaedic fellowship required
* Competitive 3-year guarantee base salary with an uncapped lucrative w/RVU production model and income potential beyond 90th percentile per MGMA of 1 MM+
