A leading orthopedic trauma program is seeking fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons to join an established acute-care surgicalist model across the Phoenix metro area.
This is an ideal opportunity for a surgeon who wants to focus on high-acuity orthopedic trauma—including pelvis and acetabular cases—without the burden of building or maintaining an elective practice.

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Trauma fellowship
Experience managing complex orthopedic trauma, including pelvis and acetabular fractures
Eligible for unrestricted Arizona medical licensure
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative approach to trauma care
Skills
Comfort managing acute orthopedic trauma, including pelvis and acetabular cases
Strong surgical judgment in a hospital-based trauma setting
Collaborative approach with APPs and multidisciplinary hospital teams
Clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues
Interest in a dedicated surgicalist model without an elective practice requirement
