Saint Francis Healthcare System, Southeast Missouri’s only Level III Trauma Center in the region, is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our esteemed Medical Partners.

Our emergency and trauma center is a state-of-the-art facility with 32 rooms and serves nearly 42,000 patients annually.

  • Established Orthopedic Group with 6 full-time Orthopedic Surgeons specializing in Total Joints, Hand, Sports Medicine and 1 full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon.
  • 12, 24-hr shifts per month, flexible schedule, 144, 24-hr shifts annually
  • Ortho Trauma program supported by 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Robust fracture clinic held 3 days a week

  • Dedicated surgical team, surgical first assists, and OR rooms
  • Strong Hospitalist and Intensivist teams with a 20-bed open-floor ICU
  • EMR: EPIC

  • $100,000 commencement bonus or a Monthly Stipend option for Residents

Requirements:

Become a valued member of Saint Francis Medical Partners! Medical Partners are held to the highest standard of professional excellence and are required to meet the following:

  • BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery, Fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma preferred
  • Missouri Physician license or ability to obtain a license upon credentialing
  • Active Missouri DEA registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain upon credentialing
