Job description
A Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA is adding part-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgery coverage beginning 7/1/26 while recruiting a permanent hire.
This role offers daytime trauma coverage only — no night call — with strong PA support and consistent weekday scheduling.
Schedule
• 1–2 days per week (Mon & Thurs)
• 6:30a–6:30p daytime pager call
• No overnight call
Clinical Details
• 3–4 trauma cases per day
• Bread-and-butter trauma + geriatric fractures
• Pelvic trauma preferred
• Strong PA support for OR assist and rounding
• EMR: Epic
Requirements
• BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma (required)
• Open to new grads with trauma training
• WA license or IMLC eligible
• Pacific Northwest–based physicians preferred
Credentialing: 60–90 days (Emergency privileges possible with clean file)
