Orthopedic Trauma Surgery — Fort Mill / Rock Hill, SC (Charlotte Metro)
THE OPPORTUNITY
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for a Level II Trauma Center (designation upgrading in 2026) in the Charlotte metro area — the only trauma center in York County, South Carolina. This is a hospital-employed position with a focus on inpatient surgical services, state-of-the-art robotic systems, large ORs, and strong ED relationships that keep your surgical schedule full. PRACTICE DETAILS
• Full-time hospital-employed position
• Primarily inpatient surgical focus with some outpatient care
• Level II Trauma Center (designation upgrading in 2026) — only trauma center in York County
• 2 hospital EDs plus freestanding ED
• State-of-the-art equipment: robotic surgical systems, large ORs
• Strong ED relationships and established referral patterns
• Experienced orthopedic team

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
