What We Offer You

• Robust Trauma Practice: 40+ surgeries per month, 30–40 patients in clinic weekly
• Dedicated Trauma OR Room: Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Case Variety: Complex trauma, pelvic fractures, pediatrics, and more in a comprehensive practice
• APP Team Support: Two PAs and two NPs, including one PA in the clinic five days/week

What You Bring

• Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Trauma preferred
• Collaborative approach with commitment to program growth
• Comfortable supervising APPs and integrating into the community

Total Rewards Package

• $800,000 base salary with productivity incentive
• $40,000 signing bonus and relocation allowance
• An additional $3,180/day for extra call shifts
