Orthopedic Surgery opportunity in the New York City area! This will be an excellent employed opportunity to join a thriving practice with locations in the City and Staten Island. This is an opportunity for a General Orthopedic Surgeon or, Orthopedic Sports experience and training. There is no call and you will work 40 hours per week. There are currently one other Orthopedic, One Spine Surgeon, one Pain Management Physician, and one PA in the practice with several other Provider openings. Ancillary and diagnostic services include physical therapy, bracing, ultrasound, MRI, digital radiography, EMG. Office equipped for procedures including PRP, stem cells, HA and Tenex. The practice has been in existence since 1999 and has recently moved to a new ground up construction state of the art facility with a separate rehab center currently under construction complete with endless pool for aqua- therapy. The reputation of the practice is a highly trusted premiere service organization with both in network and out of network providers. Academic affiliation is with NYU. The practice is also partnered with a private ASC. All physician encounters are staffed with a medical assistant/scribe. Physician assistant services are available based upon patient volume. The insurance mix is approximately 50% commercial / 25% work comp and 25% Medicare. Physician compensation is a base salary plus bonus based on annual revenue.
