Virtual Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician

Full-Time (40 hrs/ week) | Part-Time (10-24 hrs/week) | 100% Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our growing virtual care team. This is a fully remote opportunity to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports medicine care to patients across the United States while collaborating with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and health coaches in a technology-enabled environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual evaluations for sports medicine and musculoskeletal conditions
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic sports-related injuries
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide return-to-play recommendations and activity guidance
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including PTs, orthopedic surgeons, and health coaches
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Participate in clinical discussions, quality initiatives, and protocol development
Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care Sports Medicine
- Fellowship Training in Sports Medicine
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Active, Unrestricted Medical License
- Vermont License OR Ability to Immediately Apply for Vermont Licensure
- Must Currently Reside in Vermont
- Minimum 2 Years of Clinical Experience (Fellowship May Count)
- Reliable Internet Connection and Professional Home Office Setup
Preferred
- Telemedicine Experience
- Additional State Licenses (MI, WI, FL, GA, PA, MN, IA, OH, MA)
- Experience in MSK, Sports Medicine, Digital Health, or Value-Based Care Models
Compensation & Benefits
