This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on General Orthopedic and Sports procedures. With the full support of a robust rehab department and state-of-the-art facilities, you can expect to be busy from day one. This position is hospital-employed, providing you with all the benefits of a large network while maintaining a community centered focus.
Hospital Employee . Minimal Call Ratio. Competitive Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available up to $40,000 . Residency/Fellowship Stipend available. CME time and money available. 1:2 with PA, 1:3 call rotation (minimal call, primarily telephone-based). PLSF Qualified Facility . $800K earning potential with room to grow beyond $1M based on production. 403b and 457A Retirement Plans with Match. $15K Relocation Assistance. $10K Annual Retention Bonus for First 3 Years. Centrally located with easy access to Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and surrounding major metros. Great Supplemental Plan with Hospital contributes 5% of your base salary to a fund; increases to 10% after 5 years. CERNER EMR System.
