Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon at Piedmont Athens, Georgia

Piedmont Athens Regional is currently seeking a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is sports medicine fellowship trained for our growing orthopedic program in Athens, Georgia. This is a great opportunity to join a nationally recognized healthcare system as well as an excellent orthopedic team in the beautiful community in Athens- home of the University of Georgia Bulldogs.

The ideal candidate will be board certified in general/sports orthopedics. The physician must possess the skill set to perform routine general and sports medicine orthopedic procedures. The best candidate suited for this position will possess 3+ years of experience working with collegiate athletics and will want to pursue an interest in the community surrounding Piedmont Athens. This is a great opportunity to join the robust orthopedic department at our Oconee Health campus in Watkinsville that consist of excellently trained staff to include:

• Trauma orthopedics surgery
