Opportunity Overview:

Join a well-respected multi-specialty practice in southern Virginia, seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for our Sports Medicine patients. There is virtually no competition within the community, and we serve as the sole provider of orthopedic care across a large catchment area. Work in a group-owned, newly-renovated and historical facility with on-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms. Additionally, receive a guaranteed base salary, relocation assistance, and the opportunity for partnership after 2 years.

About the Practice:

  • Work in a 4-story beautiful building on the river owned by the practice
  • State-of-the art equipment - Mako Robot, digital Xrays, hydrotherapy
  • On-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms
  • Dedicated support staff for each physician, including medical assistants, NPs, and a care coordinating team
  • Partnership with local D3 college teams, high schools, and professional baseball

Schedule Details:

  • 3 days of clinic, 2 days of surgery
  • Premium pay for 1:6 call

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earning potential above $800,000 annually through production model incentives
  • Relocation assistance is provided based on reimbursement receipts
