- Join group of 9 Orthopedic Surgeons and 1 Rheumatologist
- 1 year path to partnership
- Strong income guarantee and productivity incentives (e-mail me for compensation details)
- 40% OR, 60% Clinic
- Good ancillaries, PT is most profitable in state
- Treated like a partners from the beginning
- Most surgical cases are elective
- 600 patient vists per month, 70-80 per week, 120 per week is busy
- Can dictate own payor mix
- Weekend call of 1:12
- Office call every other week
- Call is infrequent and easy
