Orthopedic Spine Surgeon | $880K Base | Central Illinois
Join a respected healthcare system in Central Illinois seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to help expand its established spine service line.
Position Highlights
- Immediate Spine Volume: Enter a practice with a one year waitlist for new spine patients.
- Practice Autonomy: Help shape and grow the spine program with strong system support.
- Weekly Schedule: Approximately two OR days, two and a half clinic days, and one split day per week.
- ER Call: Cover approximately 10 days per month, with call responsibilities focused on ER coverage and your own patient panel.
Compensation & Benefits
- $880,485 guaranteed base salary with a $1M+ earning potential.
- $75,000 sign on bonus.
- $10,000 relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.
