Location: Davenport, IA

Level III Trauma Center seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with expertise across the full spectrum of degenerative, traumatic, and deformity-related spinal conditions. This opportunity offers a balance of complex surgical work, general spine care, and strong collaboration across a multidisciplinary network.
Position Highlights:

Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
Strong clinical and surgical expertise in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine care
Team-oriented communicator
Open to graduating fellows and experienced spine surgeons
Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410
Production begins at 10,650 wRVUs
Straight production model starting year 3
Earning potential exceeding $1M annually
$100,000 recruitment incentive
