Central Illinois Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Job – 45 Minutes South of Champaign

45 Minutes South of Champaign | High Earnings | Growing Ortho Program

• Permanent, full-time Orthopedic Spine Surgeon position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeons

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Option to work 4.5 days per week

• Call 1:6, expected to improve with future recruitment

  • Must participate in general orthopedic call

• Cerner EMR

• Current team includes:

  • 1 full-time Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

  • 4 full-time General Orthopedic Surgeons

  • 3 Advanced Practice Providers (dedicated to physicians, not assigned to the practice)

• Opportunity to add and supervise a dedicated APP as the spine practice grows

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Will consider 2027 candidates for strong fits, with preference for earlier availability

• $900,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
