Job description Central Florida Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Opportunity

Tampa • The Villages • Ocala

Clinical Role
  • Permanent orthopedic spine surgery position

  • Fellowship training required

  • Board certified preferred; board eligible considered

  • ASAP start; ongoing need

  • Part-time or full-time options available

  • Weekdays only

  • Personal injury practice

  • Perform spine surgery at the group’s own ASCs

  • Collaborate with multiple physicians and APPs

  • EMR in place

Practice Model
  • Physician-owned orthopedic practice

  • Providers float between Tampa, The Villages, and Ocala

  • Reimbursement options available for hotel, mileage, car allowance, or travel expenses

  • Client is developing an apprenticeship/mentorship program for surgeons 1–2 years out of fellowship, including:

    • Direct mentorship from a lead spine surgeon

    • Structured training in personal injury cases
