They take a conservative, consultative approach offering treatment plans tailored to each individual patient. They are experts in neck and spine, knee, shoulder, arm and elbow, hand and wrist, hip, leg, and ankle and foot.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new spine surgeon will see patients in an established office and surgery center in Phoenix, performing both orthopedic spine surgeries and interventional pain procedures.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment
- perform necessary surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries or symptoms
- perform interventional pain procedures in the treatment of injuries or symptoms
- examine patients while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis
- provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients
- monitor patients’ conditions and progress
- reevaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary
- support appropriate referrals

REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship, Spine Surgery
- ability to do interventional pain procedures
