Base Salary: $700,000+ (based on experience, MGMA-guided). Brand-new ORs, ICU, OB suite, imaging center, and cancer center. 403B with employer match. Signing Bonus available up to $250,000. CME Time + Annual Stipend. 3-Year Income Guarantee. Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice with Tail. Hospital Employee . Meditech EMR (transitioning to Epic). Excellent public/private school systems and two local universities. Located in a family-friendly Midwest city with a metro feel and access to 110,000+ residents. Low cost of living + strong physician retention. Strong internal referrals with a growing service area of 110,000+. Work in a high-tech, newly built surgical suite alongside experienced colleagues.
