Join an independent, physician-led group with a 20-year history of providing orthopedic services to the Cleveland metropolitan area. More details below:
• Orthopedic group with opportunity for up to 100% Spine practice
• Team of 11 with fully staffed ASC on-site
• Be busy from day one - incredible demand in the community and annual case volumes of 500-700
• Great work/life balance with minimal call
• Spend 2-3 days in clinic and 2-3 days in surgery at ASC or local hospital with robotics
• Work with your own dedicated nurse or medical assistant
• 1-2 year track to partnership
• Competitive base compensation + collections-based bonuses and ancillary revenue
