A leading private orthopedic practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Sports Medicine. This position offers the opportunity to work in a boutique, concierge-style environment focused on shoulder and knee arthroscopy, sports-related injuries, and precision orthopedic care.

Job Responsibilities
Perform arthroscopic and open surgical procedures, primarily focusing on the shoulder and knee.
Deliver concierge-level care with an emphasis on personalized treatment and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in practice development, business strategy, and community engagement initiatives.
Uphold ethical, evidence-based standards in all aspects of patient care and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Completion of a Sports Medicine Fellowship required.
2-4 years of post-fellowship experience preferred.
Strong surgical skills in arthroscopy (shoulder and knee).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
