Seeking a Orthopedic Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon to join our practice.
Provides comprehensive operative and non-operative patient-centered care, offering convenience to our patients. All of our office locations are supported by: X-ray suites, Orthotics and MSK Ultrasound.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal injuries or disorders related to the shoulder and elbow.
Perform surgeries such as joint repairs, replacements, reconstructions, and minimally invasive procedures.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and radiology staff.
Interpret imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) and utilize MSK ultrasound where appropriate.
Provide follow-up care and monitor patients’ recovery and rehabilitation progress.
Participate in research, education, and training activities (including residency and fellowship programs, if applicable).
Ensure compliance with hospital and clinical policies, ethical standards, and state medical regulations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
Qualifications
Residency and Fellowship Training
Clear and active license in FL or willingness to obtain FL license
