We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong interest in non-surgical musculoskeletal care to join a dynamic outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys diagnosing and treating complex MSK conditions while utilizing advanced in-office technologies such as fluoroscopy, diagnostic ultrasound, and shockwave therapy.

🩺 What You'll Do

Clinical Evaluation & Diagnosis

  • Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and neuromuscular examinations

  • Diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and disorders

  • Interpret imaging and laboratory studies

  • Utilize diagnostic ultrasound when clinically appropriate

Treatment Planning & Medical Management

  • Develop personalized, non-surgical treatment plans

  • Manage medications and pain treatment protocols

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Procedures & Interventions

  • Perform in-office procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance

  • Conduct image-guided injections and interventional treatments

  • Utilize extracorporeal shockwave therapy for appropriate conditions

Care Coordination

  • Collaborate with physical therapy, chiropractic, and rehabilitation teams

  • Refer patients to surgical specialists when necessary

  • Ensure seamless continuity of care with allied health professionals

Patient Education

  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery expectations

  • Provide guidance on injury prevention and long-term musculoskeletal health

🎓 Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility in the practicing state)

  • DEA eligibility

  • Strong experience in non-operative musculoskeletal management

Preferred

  • Experience with fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures

  • Training or experience in extracorporeal shockwave therapy

  • Strong focus on functional restoration and non-surgical care

  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
