45 Minutes South of Champaign | High Demand | Solo Hand Practice

• Permanent, full-time Orthopedic Hand Surgeon position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeons

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Option to work 4.5 days per week

• Call 1:3

• Cerner EMR

• In-clinic collaboration with established orthopedic and podiatry teams

• Solo hand surgeon for this location with strong referral base

• Opportunity to add and supervise an APP as the practice grows

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Will consider 2027 candidates for strong fits

• $745,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
