Job Title: Orthopedic Hand Surgeon (MD/DO)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to provide comprehensive care for patients with hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions. The Orthopedic Hand Surgeon will evaluate, diagnose, and treat both surgical and non-surgical cases, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and upper extremities, including trauma, congenital deformities, degenerative diseases, and nerve injuries.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical interventions.

Perform hand and upper extremity surgeries, including reconstructive, trauma, and elective procedures.

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and post-operative care.

Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing education.
Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship in Hand Surgery.

Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery and Hand Surgery.

Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.

Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
Work Environment:

Hospital and outpatient clinic settings, including operating room access for surgical procedures.
