Position Overview Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a highly skilled team. This is a full-time, employed position offering a mix of surgical and clinical responsibilities within a collegial, physician-led environment. The group is Arizona’s premier destination for orthopedic surgical procedures and minimally invasive sports injury treatments. You will work alongside a collaborative team of 23 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers, serving a high-volume patient base in a dynamic, supportive practice. Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand Surgery fellowship training Eligible for Arizona medical license Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork Highlights Full-time, employed position with a well-established medical group 60% clinical / 40% OR workload balance Daily patient volume: ~30 per clinic day Surgical volume: ~12 cases per week Shared weekend and evening call rotation Robust referral network and established patient volume from day one Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive orthopedic hand surgery care Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hand and upper extremity injuries and conditions Perform surgical and nonsurgical procedures as indicated Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes Participate in shared call coverage Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
