Orthopedic Hand Surgery

* $800k salary with RVU
* $50k Commencement (sign-on)
* $100k Retention over 4 years
* Relocation
* 4 weeks PTO & 6 paid Holidays
* 10 days CME with $4.5k CME Reimbursement
