Qualifications
Clean Malpractice/Background – REQUIRED ✅
Active IA License or Active IMLC – REQUIRED
Must be available at least 2 weeks per month
Providers must be able to perform all listed orthopedic procedures
Working Hours
Clinic Days: Monday–Friday 🗓️
Clinic Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM ⏰
On Call: Yes ☎️ (24-hour call coverage + follow-ups in clinic)
