Orthopaedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon Opportunity – Michigan

A leading healthcare system in central Michigan is seeking a highly motivated Orthopaedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a well-established and collaborative practice. Position Highlights:

• Specialize in upper extremity care from elbow to fingertips

• Diagnose, treat, and surgically repair conditions of the elbow, wrist, hand, and forearm

• Perform a broad range of surgical procedures with both pre- and post-operative care

• Join a large, multidisciplinary team including orthopedic surgeons, trauma, sports medicine, pediatrics, hand (plastic), and podiatry specialists

• General orthopedic call ~4 times per month

• Practice in a collaborative, academic-affiliated environment

• Access to Stryker MAKO robotic technology for advanced procedures

• Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless patient care

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of fellowship) in Orthopaedic Surgery – ABOS only

• Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Surgery – Upper Extremities – Required

• 2+ years of experience in Orthopaedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgery – Preferred

• Active Michigan license or willingness to obtain – Highly Preferred

• Open to H-1B candidates

• Not accepting J-1 visa waivers or Locums candidates
